1. Design deposit ($50)

The deposit reserves a custom homepage design for your business, created from your questionnaire answers and delivered as a private preview link, usually within 48 hours on business days. The deposit is credited toward the launch price.

Guarantee: if you don't want to continue after seeing the design, tell us by replying to our email within 14 days of receiving it and we refund the full deposit to your original payment method.

2. Launch ($450)

Paid only if you decide to go ahead. It covers building the full website based on the approved design, connecting a domain, hosting, SSL and basic Google setup. You review the website before it goes live.

3. Care plan ($100 per month)

Starts when the website goes live and is billed monthly. It includes hosting, domain, SSL, security updates, backups and unlimited small updates (photos, texts, prices, opening hours, offers) sent to us by email or message. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted separately before any work starts.

No minimum term. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date; the website stays online until the end of the paid month and is then switched off. If a payment is 30 days overdue, we may switch the website off.

4. Ownership

Your texts, photos, logo and any domain registered in your name always belong to you. The website (design, code, hosting and any domain we register for you) is provided as a managed service while the care plan is active. If you want to take the website elsewhere, we'll agree on the terms with you.

5. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

6. Privacy

We collect only what you enter in the questionnaire (business details, name, email, phone, city, answers) and basic information about which page or ad brought you to us. We use it to prepare your design, to contact you about it and to provide the services above. We don't sell your data or send you marketing emails without asking.

Data is stored in the EU (Railway, Amsterdam). Emails are sent via Resend and payments are processed by Stripe. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by replying to any of our emails.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. We'll always try to resolve any issue with you directly first.
